Good job on your leading line of the bridge. I will offer a couple suggestions that may make it more appealing, at least for me. Your vanishing point is nearly dead center, I would try to use the rule of thirds here a bit more. Also, your horizon is tilted down towards the right. Last suggestion - use all of the 640 pixels dpc allows insead of 600. Good luck!

Although the movement of the water makes the photo as a whole seem somewhat blurry, I think that it does a nice job of directing the focus towards the chunk of ice.
