I like the patterns and texture of the ice, though I think the boldness of the sunset colors are tweaked up just a little too much. I'll probably be in the minority with that opinion.

Good sky and silhouette. I think your lighthouse may be too centered. I think maybe a vertical crop w/ the lighthouse off centered could help the composition.

I can't read the writing in the snow. Is that a 4? Is there something in that frosty scribble that can decipher the meaning of this challenge? I'm sure that if an answer is found anywhere, it will be somewhere like this: a place of cold, ephemeral mystery.

Good use of the lighthouse to partially block the sun. Some optical illusions going on here. The horizon seems slightly tilted to the left, and the lighthouse appears to have a slight right lean. I'm pretty sure it all has to do with the various angles in the photo...

Nice timing for this image to capture the strong reds. Good luck in the challenge.
