It's an interesting shot, I do like all the action that going on. I was about to post a comment about how this wasn't street photography, but then I decided to educate myself first and thank god I did! One small nitpick, I think I would have tried to clone out/crop out the lady on the phone to the right. My eye keeps getting drawn over to her.

Thanks for the comment.. now that you say that I can tell that "stress" really doesn't come out strong. Possibly it was just the way I was feeling at the time. The building in the background is actually WWII ammunition shelter. The explosives somehow ignited and it was a chain reaction and literally blew the roof and windows completely off! It has now been sitting abandoned for many years.
