Calmby JustinMComment by WriteHeart: I love this picture! However, as I found out with one of my snow pictures, it's sometimes hard to get the lighting right. This one seems to have a greyish tint to it. A little more post processing should clear that up to brighten it. The reflection is great though. |

Midnightby JustinMComment by SDW: I like the photo. I would remove the start that is in front of the moon to make it look more realistic. The moon, even though on a crescent moon still will obstruct the view of stars behind it. So any stars in the circle of the moon should not be visible.

The moon doesn't look real at all - it's way too sharp. Looks pasted in. |

Midnightby JustinMComment by yanko: Very nice work converting the scene into night. The crescent moon however looks very fake. If you look at actual photos of the crescent moon the outer edge is sharp while the inner edge is soft and/or has a gradient that fades off into the darkness. Midnightby JustinMComment by violinist123: I agree with the comment about removing the star that would be hidden by the moon, and I would add that a reflection of the moon in the water would really be the icing on the cake. Nice image. |
