I've been frustrated by the macros in this challenge that haven't really tackled the concept of soft focus beyond having a soft background. Yours is different! The bright glow and dark background make the softness of the focus on the main subject really work for me in this picture. I love the ethereal look to the flowers.

I've looked at your image three times before voting. Overall I like it. The colors of the flowers against the black background and the reflections. I think my issue is the business of the upper left vs. the simplicity of the lower right. My eyes keep darting back to the glass, when I like the bud better.
