Really, this shot should have scored so much higher! But, I guess that it's not traditional DPC look and you know how that goes, don't ya?

I still LOVE this shot, Mich! I hope it's framed and in your home because it's a really fabulous shot and the editing is superb! Really well done. It has a look of it's own that matches the subject and editing very well. Love it!!!

ETA: I find it interesting that the non-participants scored it higher than the participants. Hmmmm....could be a bit of a "bias" going on there???

This is just a great Americana image. I love the processing and how the girls' pants are around her legs (lol). The only thing that feels a little off is the angle

Not fond of the processing, but not a fan of this type of processing. Love the story it tells. I'm only bothered by the top right where the fence isn't. My only thought is to change the point of view slightly. 6

Really nice stock photo. I think the lighting is excellent, and there is just enough color and texture in the background to give it depth. The reflection at the bottom makes this particularly good, and I really like the clarity and shine of the subject.

Good one, Michelle! The exposure on the subject is perfect. I like the b&w treatment. I disagree with others about removing the background people, though for me something about the strong blur (bokeh?) over the subject's head almost hurts my eyes.
