There seems to be a bit of a blue colorcast in this photo, no doubt brought on by the green grass. A manual white balance would have helped.

A landscape (unless it is a really potent, excellently executed landscape) still needs a subject to be a good photograph. This by itself, while a nice peaceful scene, needs that subject to make it pop...

Nice expression on the tiger. I think you lose the power of that with everything else in the pic. I would do a very tight crop on just the face of the tiger to give it much more ooomph

Actually yes it was growing at the Calgary zoo. They have an indoor sort of rain forest and I was just there a the right time to see it bloom. Apparently it was the first time it has bloomed there. I went back about a week later and all thats there now is just the center vine. It was quite a nice flower to see and I'm glad I managed to shoot it. I saw this writeup on the zoo web page a short while after I shot it.
