I would have liked this more had the shadow looked like it belonged in the setting of the rest of the photo. I could be wrong but this looks like it was projected onto an interior wall.

Nice scene, but the colors look off, maybe as a result of overexposure? The man's hand is a little blurry too, as is the plant he's holding.

I really like the pose and how your camera is almost level with the gardener's head. If he had turned his head to more face the camera (or alternatively, if you had moved further to the left, if that was possible), this would be a much stronger shot, because then his eyes would be visible, and that's whas the viewer usually connects with.
