Is the shadow of the drummer thrown on the surface of the drum, or is there another statue behind the drum head? This is a thought-provoking image, with interesting lighting and composition.

Great rich colored sky, nice stark lines. Focus is good, as is the lighting. I think the border is a little too much. A simple medium thickness black border wouldn't draw the eyes away as much in my opinion. Great composition. Good work! 7

Way too oversharpened, and the border is completely inappropriate by being far too overbearing for the photo. I prefer bird shots where the bird is facing the photographer, or side-on. I like the composition of the branches though. 4

Sharpening artefacts here are quite intrusive, and the processing (I'm not saying it isn't in camera, but they're still present) has lost you a lot of detail.

I'd say you should come closer to the bird, or crop, except that the branches make such a nice pattern.
