Honeysuckle in Autumnby kelli_KComment by Jutilda: I like the idea of this and vivid berries really jump from the page. What hurts it is the same thing that more than half of these images have: they are too busy. In nature, there is alot going on, and unless you pluck, cut, remove, etc, you are stuck with alot of clutter and when shooting up close, it just all becomes a mass of this and that, instead of something to focus on. Then you add in the pattern of the bokeh (which is good by the way) and it just becomes confusing to the eye. If it were me, I would have either cut a piece of the bush off and hand held it away from the background, at a distance, to create the bokeh effect, OR strip the stem around just a few berries and a leaf or two, and do more of a macro.
