Nicely taken. Although the B+W emphasises the strong shape of the bird, I also feel it drains a bit of the life out of the creature - I'd like to have seen what it looks like in colour.

Or be that cup twice as big as it needs to be? I might have cleaned those glasses a little more and perhaps tried to remove that huge reflection at the top as best I could, but otherwise, a nice shot.
