Though the angles are there, I'm just not compelled to any particularly strong feeling by this shot. I'm pretty much a newbie here, though, so take my comments with a grain of salt - just 'cause I'm being critical doesn't mean I think MY stuff is doing any better! You'll likely lap my submission... Thanks, for all the comments, I messed up with the text but really did not know what I was doing I had only had PS for about 2 days at the time. In hindsight I should have left it off. But hay! thats what I am here for, to learn by my mistakes.. With all your help of course

I definately get the "Light on White" idea, but the light meter focused on the flame and threw everything else down a stop. HDR might have helped here.
