I think that if you would have cropped it more, in order to have only the pattern of circles, with half circles at the borders, it would look much more interesting. This glass ring, or whatever it is, spoils the abstraction, IMHO. |

Against the Oddsby SaraRComment by cogerox: You exposed for the background which cost you highlights on the tree (your subject) and details in the shadows. Did you try bracketing your shot? If you shoot in Camera Raw you can make adjustments to your exposure. |
