this is an awesome image, excellent work. one thing to look out for, there are very noticeable halos around their heads, probably from a little too much sharpening. it's something i do myself all the time. in advanced, you could probably clone it out and be fine, but for basic editing, i'm not sure of a way to remove them. you might be able to get away with a little less sharpening next time. still, an 8 from me :)

In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity:10 I much support this message :D
Quality of the photo:10
Artistic viewpoint:8
Frame/borders: 5 the upper border is way too thin
Appealence of the font: 4 It has bad quality and it's very close to the photo and you have so much unused space down there
