You're probably going to get dinged by other people for the lack of sharpness in the wings, but I like it! It has a nice soft texture and gives the feeling of motion.

The depth and texture is just beautiful here- the symmetry works; the diagonals make the eye move ever upward as the stoneworks spreads out above like the eyes of a spider, its multiple eyes onlooking below.

beautiful valley shot; the fore ground lighting and middle distance shading, coupled with the distant highlights lend extraordinary depth here- the detail is also quite fantastic. I suspect this would have done better if it was a regular challenge. anyway- great shot.
