There is a lot to like about this. The two men, with very different shapes but similar postures. The one tree, without its counterpart. The simplicity of the blank wall. And finally, the reason he's climbing the ladder in the first place. This isn't at all clear from the photograph and really adds an interesting element!

I like this one because I see here an attempt at giving a personal and broader view of what crime means, the pain and sorrow for the relatives of the victim vis à vis the easyness with which apparently people kill other people. Unfortunately the right eye of the killer, which plays a great role in the overall composition, looks a little too overprocessed, or in any case unnatural; therefore it is just 8 for me.

Very eerie. Like the girls pose and expression. You may score lower for having a photo of a crime rather of the crime scene, but who knows how voters choose to vote.
