The B is a bit of a stretch if this is a standalone photo.
In a collage it won't be a problem.

B is a tough one. The colors and tones on this shot are wonderful. You've really separated the letter from the background which is awesome.

Without the title, I would never have known it's a B. The bg also tells me this shot is "wrong." Cloning the trees over the sky would allow the bg to become more abstract and allow the shot to stand.

The petals look like large leaves - that works well for you. The background doesn't really enhance this shot though. Very easy to see the letter and very graphic. Nice.
