The shape of the lighthouse would suggest that this isn't in the UK - did other countries have Fisherman's Friend lozenges? The beam from the lighthouse reflecting on the water in such an understated way takes this from the mundane into something t=far more interesting. Nicely observed.

Ok, let's go with route - what's the 'Safety' item in this photo. Ahh - the fisherman MUST be in a boat so the light is helping to avoid running into the island when returning to port. Is that it?
