Challenge met. Nice sharp and focused image. Very beautiful cat, I especially like that little black dot on her/his nose. There's a little hair in the top right corner that's a bit distracting, but I expect you would clone that out for real stock photography. Personally, I think the crop is a bit tight, but I can still see this being used as a stock photo. Good job :)

This could have done with just a touch more depth of field, so that one could see the expression in the dog's eyes. This way it is quite difficult to identify the dog at all. Good idea though, and good colour usage.

Wow, what detail! It would be perfect if it's left eye (my right) wasn't in shadow but really it's one of the best photos I've seen of a cat. The detail is wonderful. It's so real that I feel like I need to sneeze! I think your crop is also perfect.
