Closing in for the Killby PaulMdxComment by blemt: This was actually one of my top three for this challenge. I loved the emotion that you captured on both players faces. The element that made this shot so strong though was the fact that the player recieving the ball is looking away from the person about to tackle him. It hightens the anticipation enormously. Well done. |

Flash on the Rocksby PaulMdxComment by brianlh: ouch, i hope it was broken beforehand. anyway, i like the idea but have just one suggestion. if your camera had a white balance function (or if you adjusted it later in photoshop), this image might've looked more 'stock' (depending if you like that feel or not, but i do) with brighter whites. otherwise, good work. |
