Good sharp crips focus. Nice DOF as well. Crisp where it needs to be. I like the lighting, the light reflections are appealing to me in the little circles. I like the placement of the subject within the frame. I don't really have any complaints about this shot. Definately extreme close up in my opinion. Nicely done! ~Heather~

This one really appeals to me. I just like the way the picture looks. I gave it a 9, only because I think the dark corners at the top left & bottom right distract a little. Good job.

like the grainy sepia tones... black edges of the thing you're resting on detracts as they draw my eye upper left/lower right (to uninteresting parts of the frame) I particularly like the feel of the brushes -- as presented one of my favorites this challenge.

I like the color change. I like that it's a nice pen in focus. I'm not sure if I like the black on either corner. Good picture.
