Who afraid of whomby natalka9Comment by macrothing: 5 - Odd. Not sure if it is lens or pp, the effect does work in an odd way, but for this Challenge - hm, not sure. Does work in an odd way. Up to 5 from 4. Bigger would have helped. |

Who afraid of whomby natalka9Comment by Elaine: To me, a portrait has controlled lighting and setting. This seems more of a snapshot. The car and leg do not add anything to the photo, and I would like to be able to see more detail of the dog. |

As for the technical aspects of the picture, there could be some improvement....this comes across as a snapshot taken without consideration for the "scene". I see that you have tried to blur out the surrounding distracting elements, but it is best to position yourself so that they don't even appear in the shot at all unless they contribute to the shot in a meaningful way.
