The bee is out of focus and there is some purple fringing on the edge of the petals.

These cow statues are great. Some things I would suggest for the photo: maybe choose an angle that doesn't show the building on the left, and try to get less reflections bouncing around (maybe on a cloudy day or when the sun is low in the sky).

Comment by EL-ROI:
Good perspective adds interest to the composition. Nice textured grass and good contrast giving richness to the color. One improvement idea might be to shoot from above in order to limit the background shrubbery and fence.

Love it! Nice and sharp, and the bird house adds extra interest when looking back on old Whiterook entries (I beleive it was Sarah).

Hmm... I can only guess that this is, indeed, whiterook, because it wouldn't make much sense for someone other that whiterook to do a portrait of whiterook in a self-portrait challenge. If the white rook is to be the subject, it needs to be in greater isolation from the rest of the composition. This could be by physical isolation (it's alone), color isolation (white rook is in front of the black pieces), or even just by post-processing (the white rook is sharp and bright, the rest of the image is softened and darkened). I do, though, like the use of weird perspective; the birdhouse lends an air of surrealism that adds interest to this photograph.

Well, you got it sharp :-) Now we gotta teach you how to avoid the banding and artifacts in the sky...

Comment by hawkeyefilms:
Unfortunately, it's too harsh (wrong time of day), too busy (nothing to focus on), and because of the busyness there's not enough sharp focus in the shot to enjoy the whole frame

For me, there are too many competing points of color. No one section stands away as the subject.
