Lovely color contrast and I like the contrast between the 2 textures. The focus seems a bit off on the chip but, more focused on the table cloth texture. That aside, the photo itself lacks a bit of "oomph" or interest. I think that may do the score in a bit. :( Really, it's purely that it's lacking interest.

I think this would've worked better with a more unique or remarkable clock, or at least getting adventurous with how you display the clock: an unusual angle or lighting would've made a more dramatic photo.

Nice photo. Look at all the 5's (and non-trivial number of 6's). I think the lack of immediate connection to the challenge title is what hurt your score. You might take a look at a crop just inside the buoys - it would be less panoramic, but really wouldn't take anything away from the shot. Good work!
