I voted this kinda' low for a few reasons. First, the challenge was to photograph something against the same color background. The shot doesn't really have an object in the foreground. Second, it's out of focus. And third, there is a lot of noise in the sky. Using a tripod might help with the blur. I have noise issues in low light with my camera too -- but there is a lot you can do with various software programs to help fix that.

I think this photo is glorious. It's like an advert for the new age that is coming upon us. I just wish Sara was in there too. In my opinion, the grain/noise really enhances the image. Most people go for a very smooth effect in processing sunsets. I guess they feel that smooth, tranquil, and hypnotizing the viewer all go together. The impressionist painters did not do smooth though and they were very successful.

I want to give this a good score because I like the idea and the composition, but the quality of the shot seems poor. It's grainy and the colour balance is not quite right. I'm not sure if this has happened in camera or in pp. If it's in camera - perhaps time to upgrade or think about ISO speeds.

Nice composition, however I don't see the color on color in this. Also, I'm not sure the ISO used, but the sky seems slightly noisy.
