The empty lifeguard station, "no lifeguard on duty" sign, and the deserted beach are just perfect together. The gull (Sara?) is a great addition. Jutilda's right; some more negative space would be nice as it would further emphasize the irony being depicted. The colors and clarity are very atypical of a Whiterook submission. I'm surprised no one complained about the horizon not being perfectly horizontal. All-in-all, it's very nicely done.

Should I guess that the title should be "How many trophy houses on a small hill?"................lots of noise in the image which hurts it. Also, the band across the middle, with grey top and bottom (sky and water) is not great composition

The reflections on the pots&pans I can live with. The overexposed part on the bottles is something else. Now way this part can be saved during the p.p.
