The lighting and shadows work well here. Only nitpick is the sharpness on the closest area of the pearls, but a very good submission regardless. |

Simple Eleganceby ShannonComment by snackwells: I like this entry and I think it's definitely deserves a place high up in the rankings.
The subdued backdrop contrasts quite nicely with the string of pearls in the foreground. The lighting is just a bit too harsh and the reflections off the individual beads are blown a bit. Other than that, it's a great entry. 7 |
