I feel you have totally satisfied the challenge .. orange doesn't have to take over the entire canvas for it to be a major player .. when this opened the orange of the trees in their autumn glory was the first thing that impacted on me ..
then of course the stunning slow shutter speed water .. and of course the beauty of the scene ..
it's a fantastic image in every way .. :)

i loved your highest scoring rooster shot Catherine ... but i think i like this one better ..
those iridescent tail feathers really grab me .. and i like how i can see the entire rooster .. and how he's standing on the fence post .. it puts the rooster into an environment for me .. which i really like too ..
the light .. the colours .. the background .. everything is perfect ..
i never knew roosters were so beautiful .. makes me want to get one just for photos .. lol .. ;)
