WOW .. this is absolutely stunning .. and top ten ... not so shabby .. !! .. ;)
i didnt see all the photos in this challenge so its the first time i've seen this .
when it opened the light was the first thing that impacted . then of course that beautiful almost stately bird ..
not sure if a flying bird can look stately .. but thats what i felt ...
there's just something about a bird flying that can make our souls soar .. especially the larger birds .. their breathtaking ability to actually fly ..
i reckon that would be an amazing thing to do .. imagine if we had wings ..
liberating ..
brought to mind this poem .. mainly the line 'slipped the surly bonds of earth' .. but the story about the pilot is very emotive .. dying so young .. :(
