Probingby noranekoComment by CyMaN: Too much unsharpening or too aggressive light IMO.
Composition and focus OK. |

Many Minisby noranekoComment by jaysonmc: This was one of my favorites in the challenge too! An excellent use of fill the frame. Colors, lines, patterns. It is all there. This should have been top 10 in my opinion. I really liked this one alot! One spectacular photo.
Incidently, this was on 2nd favorite in the challenge. I demand a recount. Message edited by author 2007-02-02 11:44:30. |

The Oyster Manby noranekoComment by jaysonmc: Great capture. The addition of the hose in the foreground is a nice addition. I really enjoy the different textures going on here. The oysters, the grass, and the outfit all lead to a wonderful frame. I also like how the background seems a little desaturated compared to the foreground colors. The hose, while I like the line it creates seems to have an uneven exposure along it's length. Not sure if it was intentional. I also like the deepening of the sky color, though it looks like some of it was missed around the head, creating a slight halo. Compositionally is is very good, even though it is a non-standard crop size. This is one of the better great real-life working images I have seen in a while!
EDIT: This is a standard crop size, hmmm, must be that it is so veritical oriented. Message edited by author 2007-02-01 23:38:24. |
