This was one of my favorites from the challenge, Catherine - you did a fine job! The petals, in my opinion, are perfectly lit for this, and yes, I do like that little lit bit on the stem. I'm actually surprised this didn't score higher than it did. Good choice for the background, and I do like being able to see some of the texture.

WOW!!!!! What an AMAZING photo! The tracks looks like they are climbing up hill, and I think rather than spooky, it has an ethereal, inviting quality about it that makes you feel good to look at it. Lately, I guess ever since the train challenge, I have been so drawn to railroad tracks. I have seen some of the most dramatic interesting photos involving railroad tracks and this is certainly one of them!
