great pp on this image - love the pelican (do I know who has been taking photos of pelicans lately?) love the perspective with the bird high in the image and the really great clarity on the dock with the soft grain in the crazy colored sky

The sky is a bit blah in this one, isn't it? But skies don't always cooperate with us (I'm getting used to a lot of gray here). I think your editing will have to be based on what you wish to focus on with this shot - what do you want to show? As shot, I'm not sure whether the focus is the gentlemen or the larger boat with it's reflection.

Looks like the 'grain' is achieved without adding via the PS filter, which is a plus in my mind. That's an interesting ragged deckle-edge border too. Nice work. 8.

beautiful refections and love all the shapes and colours in the boats ... at the moment in this photograph i am not liking that background brown ridge .. but thats just my personal opinion and other ppl might like it in the composition ..
