Where did you place your focal point? The lower third of this is ok, but a little soft compared to the distant red toned area of the far hillside.

great composition, everything pointing out of frame, lots of dynamism, and there is emotion to the pose, the barrel full of flowers, and the umbrella on sunshine.

this is very flat, which can work, but the composition must be very good. In this case, I find the bottom half not keeping up with the top half.
