Unfortunately I am not experienced enough in Photoshop to use text overlays and things. I wil however take a picture of the background and post it here. You are welcome to use it.

I actually think the blur is very effective in this one just like it is. Blur is the new "thing" and used properly, it adds energy and pop to a photo. In this case, if she were totally sharp, it might look fake, like you added a motion blur and erased her.
