Wow, way to use the technique to the benifit of the final image! Very nice! I love the contrast in cold/hot that I get from this....like comeing in to a warm fire after being outside in the cold all day!

YES!!! Nice job. What I would do if I were you is take the eraser tool when both of the images are "up" on photoshop and make the opacity about 50-60% and go around the outer part of the kitty's head, after you erase the face at 100% so that him "coming through the rock" has a more subtle feel. Just my take on it. Keep up the good work though. Isn't it fun???
