Try desating the red channel - CTRL+U, select RED from drop down, click on the reddest part of your face, drag the saturation slider down til it looks good.

Do that, then just reupload the fixed image. Hope it helps.

PS: I am of course assuming you are using Photoshop. If the method above turns your hair gray, use the history brush to bring it back.

Love your smile. I think you need to get some shots that emphasize your eyes. They look like they have a lovely color to them. I'm glad you are in the challenge - this will be fun!
