Myself, I would have included the complete parts of the couple instead of cropping (whether in the actual photo or in editing) since they are the main story of the photo. By cropping out the feet etc., you have made the scenic shot the central piece and the people and their positioning as one of happenstance. Otherwise, a nice shot. Like that it is in B&W.

details are a bit lost in the heavy processing. nice to at least see a photo with some kind of message. your composition seems very random to me, as the passing cars with distracting headlamps just happen to be there and you said oh well, rather than hanging around for another go.

if you were on your knee next to him, shooting up his arm toward her loving face, with green trees and mountains blurred in the background, you'd have stronger composition and still be able to use your neat title. Looks like a beautiful place, I want to see it in it's full beautiful color.

I wish the guy wasn't cropped out of the shot, I would ahve stepped back or shot in portrait orientation.
