I am also for cropping into the edge of the tree on the right, and maybe a little off the top to get porportions back.
Very colorful composition and lots of shapes and textures. No wonder you like it.

Love the composition! I suggest learning about levels, curves, and using unsharp mask to really make things pop with contrast. With that, this shot would really zing!

I like the statue and the colors a lot! I'd try cropping off the stuff to the right of the tree, though. Use that strong vertical line as your right edge instead.

A bit of color in a sad place

I can't help thinking the title should be "a bit of life in a sad place" because my attention goes right to the big tree in the foreground. If you wanted to do that, then change the title. :) If you want to make the orange tree the subject, surrounded by the always-interesting and emotional geometry of the gravestones, try it from another angle next time. And give me a call when you're here so we can shoot together! :)

the range of color is great, the red, gold, blue and black really pop against the earthier tones of the stones of the wall and walk, the tree and wall of the house behind.

I really like this one; I need to get some more comments done but keep looking at it. The color, the composition, the sky, excellent -- and I'll not make any jokes about how it's a pic of PA and not NJ, 'cause you've had great NJ pics here already (but I was sorely tempted)
