Yes I used pse 5.0 and hit create photo layout at the top menu bar choosing the one with 5 frames at the bottom then just duplicated frame layer until I had them all in. I used gradient map in a beige for the bg color and a simple gray border and script text at the bottom after I extended the canvas a little to create room for it.

The softness to this one is nice. I like the colours in the orginal better. Perhaps try just a touch of a levels adjustment to bring the contrast back up a little? It still keeps the softness, but doesn't lose the depth.
