Well, it's kind of a typical beach scene, without anything to really grab me. But it's nicely composed, the leading lines are obvious to me, it's well exposed. So it would've been a 5 had I voted on it.

Just ignore 1s and 2s. There are so few pictures that really deserve those scores that it's not worth worrying about them. I'd guess they're from people who need a very strong, obvious leading line.

I like the juxtaposition, but the contrast is quite low. I'd also suggest either a larger aperture so the tree blurs out quite a bit or a smaller aperture so the arch is sharper. Probably the former.

I like the added touched of your armless dolls looking despondent at their predicament - by doing that, you injected a bit of emotion into the shot that may not have been there otherwise. This was one of the best interpretations of the challenge, I thought.
