Herons are great birds. I like how he looks like he's strutting. The colour is nice and the water makes a great background.

Cute pose! I like the subtle colours too. The light stone he's standing on makes his dark colouring really stand out, but there aren't too many bright colours to distract from him.

i love the way the monochrome adds contrast...

I look at this and it could have been made by a baseball, or golf ball or any number of reasons. It really does not give me the feeling of breakin nor of a crime.
