Nice image here, but an image really should stand on it's own to fit the theme of the challenge, without a title. The viewer/voter has no way to know what is any different about that water. Perhaps if a sign was in the shot or something similar, then it would tell the story. As it is, without the title, It's just a nice shot, but doesn't meet the challenge.
On a side note, it looks like maybe a touch too much noise reduction was used, as seen in the feathers - they lack detail/texture.

Very nice! I like the way the tall tree (and reflection) takes up one third of the space on the right. Gives a sense of peacefulness. Would have been nice if the sky had been a bit blue-er.

I like the grain and I love the expression on her face, she looks like she's had enough ice cream. I dunno some kids just don't get the gluttony experience.
