Very nicely put together. I think some of the colored painting layer is obscuring the faces a bit too much (this all just my opinion, offered up as if this were "my shot", my aesthetic decision) - you might try masking it lightly in those areas, to bring out the faces more, but not so much that you then lose the idea of memory as a fading/obscuring thing, which you've captured so well here with the texture already.

Lucky you - 2 butterflies! The green leaves are a little too noisy or maybe oversharpened. The orange flowers/butterflies are perfect.

That's one of the wonderful thing about overlays...they don't have to even be noticeable to make an impact on an image. This has rendered the portrait a lovely tone with more depth and character. Well done.
