Not so sure about the background color choice. A bit distracting and shows errant hairs more than a more muted or neutral color.

this picture is a little flat, the focal point should be in the eyes to bring the life out of your subject and there is little chiaroscuro which makes this picture lack depth. Try using a hair light and using a 1 to 2 stop difference between your main and fill.
