This is certaily a nice shot with excellent tones. The problem I'm having is with this shot meeting the challenge. Is jazz a trend? Sure, why not. Are jazz bars a trend? Certainly. But the only obvious connection to jazz in the photo is the trombone case-shaped sign. And without the title, I probably would not have even noticed the sign. A bit of a stretch, I think, but I still like the shot.
