There's something I actively don't like about this - but I don't know what it is. It's rather busy, but I don't think its that; the skyline is a bit random, and undefined against the sky, but not that. There are three points that pull the eye, for me: the bright street-light, the moving boat, and the brighter building picture right, and I think that gives a cluttered feeling ot it, and no real sense of subject.
