week-6.jpgby LanndonKaneComment by Ecce_Signum: The only thing I can think of that would stop me voting this a 10 in a challenge would be that the tops of the spires are too dark and with no detail, it seems to distract me from the overall image which imho is very striking and almost moving from photography and into charcoal etching.
Excellent post processing of a wonderful building! Message edited by author 2008-02-15 18:02:17. |

week-7.jpgby LanndonKaneComment by Melethia: A very nice portrait of a pepper! I like how it seems to exist on only one plane, kinda. Nice processing to make it appear both soft yet well detailed. |

week-7.jpgby LanndonKaneComment by SandyP: Oooooh. . .I love that processing. Grungy but soft and glowy. Nice lighting, and I love the centered square crop with the stem literally looking like its poking out of my computer :)
Very cool!

week-6.jpgby LanndonKaneComment by DJWoodward: Very moody shot. I feel like a broken record with the comments I'm making but tonal range is very important to be in a B&W image and this has it. I like to see black-blacks and white-whites and a lot of renage between. Based your comments your choice of HDR on a dull original really worked. Very nice. |
