Groton Shorelineby brownsmComment by Ann: You did a nice job getting the buildings to show up against the dark sky, without completely blowing out the lights. Technicals are all good. Not sure what would have scored better. I think this is a better shot overall, but the subject on the other one is a bit more DPC friendly. |

Groton Shorelineby brownsmComment by meyers: When I line up the picture with a scrollbar or something, I can see the horizon is straight, but it looks like it's tilted to the left. I really like how you got the star flares from the lights, and the bit of reflection in the water. This probably would have done very well in the Urban challenge. |

Pastoralby brownsmComment by Dr.Confuser: This made me stop and look for awhile. I confes I am confused by it, however. It looks like it may have been infrared, yet there are parts that appear "normal." It's an interesting technique. Certainly dramatic. |
