I hope this does not differ too much from the original - while noone will probably ask for a DQ now, be careful with the motion blur effect. If you add something that hasn't been in the original photo, it is construed as adding a major element. If there was some motion blur to begin with, enhancing it is OK.
I'm just saying this as I can forsee seeing one of your photos on the front page soon, so just wanted to make you aware of the details...
