Composition is good, nice idea for the photo, certainly meets the Challenge.
Visual impact is pleasant to the eyes. Focus is good except that the celery sees out of focus, Lighting looks fine but there's a bit of harsh light coming off the onion, Color seems just right and the black background seems a good choice.
Question: Why enlarge everything so big? Why not leave it smaller and add more vegetables?

Seems like too much lighting, too bright to get a good look at the green.
focus seems out because of the lighting, second set of leaves seems blurry
you've cut the top of the petals off when you cropped.
